LSP Announces Neil Weigle as Vice President of Sales

Over the past two years, Neil has further distinguished himself as the Eastern U.S. Architectural Specifier. During this time, he earned his LEED certification, solidifying his expertise in sustainable building practices and product specifications. Under Neil’s guidance, LSP secured product specifications that resulted in multiple projects exceeding the million-dollar mark, driving significant business growth and further establishing the company as a leader in the industry.
Neil’s career spans more than 25 years in the medical research industry, providing him with deep insights into the unique needs and demands of this specialized field. His comprehensive knowledge extends across all of LSP’s Construction Products offerings, as well as its PPE and Metro product lines. His ability to navigate complex industry requirements has earned him the trust and respect of clients ranging from Ivy League and Big Ten universities to major pharmaceutical companies in the Northeast. Neil has also developed strong relationships with many of the country’s largest architectural and engineering firms, making him a go-to resource for both end-users and construction professionals seeking expert advice.
Effective immediately, Neil will take over the leadership of the LSP Sales Team, following the upcoming retirement of Tony Dalpos at the end of 2024. Tony has been an invaluable leader and will continue to contribute to LSP in a consultancy capacity, overseeing special projects and making further enhancements to the company’s website during his remaining months. Tony’s legacy leaves a strong foundation for Neil, whose innovative approach and deep industry expertise will undoubtedly guide the sales team to new heights.
