The Life Science Products Polymer Core (PolyCore) Ceiling Panel is one of the most popular and most trusted products we have ever brought to market. Specified and installed in hundreds of Bio-Medical Research facilities across all North America, it has become the standard when a hygienic, washable, impact resistant, and sustainable ceiling system is required. The basis of design is the water impervious, rigid PolyCore panel.

The high-density polymer core is 8mm thick and is 100% recyclable. The core is then balanced by laminating a 1.5mm glass reinforced thermoset polyester face to both sides of the core. The result is a Class “A” (1) Fire Rated panel that is both rigid (will not sag even as a 2’ x 4’ panel) and is water impervious. The panel face does not promote the growth of either bacteria or mold, is highly chemical resistant and is non-generating for particulate matter.
When combined with the gasketed GridLock™ suspension grid and optional panel “Hold Down” clips, the entire ceiling can be pressure washed on a regular basis. The panels are available in 2’ x 2’ and 2’ x 4’ sizes. Both the panels and grid system are manufactured in the U.S.A.
